Digitization & Internal Communication
I led the full digitization of internal company documents, transforming paper-based forms into dynamic, automated workflows that improved efficiency, accuracy, and accessibility across the organization.
Using Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Sign, I converted a wide range of documents including order forms, employee classification forms, and customer onboarding packets into fully interactive digital experiences. Each form was rebuilt with structured fields, dropdowns, validation logic, and calculated inputs to ensure consistent and accurate data entry.
I also implemented automated approval workflows and e-signature routing, allowing documents to move seamlessly between employees, managers, and executives without manual handling. Submissions are tracked in real time, securely stored, and easily retrievable, eliminating the need for physical paperwork and reducing processing time.
Beyond simple digitization, I designed these workflows to integrate with existing systems, ensuring that submitted data feeds directly into operational processes. This created a centralized, scalable document management system that improves compliance, enhances visibility, and significantly reduces administrative overhead.
Business to Business Resources
I create structured, easy-to-use resources that enable employees to efficiently support business-to-business transactions while maintaining consistency and accuracy across customer interactions.
As shown in the equipment catalog I developed, I consolidated complex product data into a clear, standardized format that allows teams to quickly identify the right solutions for customers. The catalog organizes equipment by capacity, size, and use case, giving sales and operations teams a reliable reference when recommending products or planning installations.  
I focused on making the resource both visually intuitive and functionally practical. Each section presents key specifications such as bottle and can capacity, dimensions, and model types in a way that simplifies decision-making for employees working directly with clients. This reduces guesswork, shortens sales cycles, and ensures that recommendations align with customer needs and operational constraints.
Beyond the document itself, I designed this resource to fit into broader workflows, allowing teams to use it alongside ordering systems, customer onboarding processes, and internal approvals. The result is a scalable tool that empowers employees to confidently manage B2B interactions, improves consistency in customer communication, and supports more efficient, data-driven sales and service operations.
