I built a centralized training resource that enables employees to complete required courses at their own pace while seamlessly integrating with performance tracking.
I structured and customized the site to organize training content into clear categories such as general workplace skills, driver training, and safety modules. The layout prioritizes ease of use, allowing employees to quickly find, complete, and revisit trainings without needing administrative support.
Behind the scenes, I developed a system that captures training completion data and feeds it into a centralized database. This information is then incorporated into employee performance evaluations, giving leadership real-time visibility into training progress, compliance, and individual development.
The result is a scalable, self-service training platform that eliminates manual tracking, improves completion rates, and connects employee learning directly to measurable performance outcomes.
